Everything you need to know — schedule, parking plan, delivery guidance, and what to expect each day. Dates are being revised for a new target start of July 31.

RDC will always keep one side of the community accessible. All cul-de-sacs are paved first, then Trailview Mesa Drive. Two lanes of traffic always remain open on Trailview Mesa Drive. Specific day assignments will be updated once the July 31 sequence is confirmed.
RDC will begin mobilizing around 6:00 AM each day. Noisy work — milling and paving equipment — will begin around 6:30 to 7:00 AM. Plan accordingly if you need to leave early. During milling — park in your driveway, not on the street. Do not park on Trailview Mesa Drive at any time during the week — we must keep that road open for bidirectional traffic in and out of the community. Any vehicle parked on Trailview Mesa Drive will be subject to towing. During paving — move to the opposite side of the community per the plan above before 6:00 AM on the day your side is being paved. You are on your own for getting to and from your vehicle — there will be no community shuttle or golf cart service provided. Important: If you leave your car parked in your driveway on the day your side of the community is being paved, you will not be able to back out of your driveway for a minimum of 24 hours after paving is complete on your street. Fresh asphalt in front of your driveway must fully cure before any vehicle can drive over it. Plan ahead — if you need your car that day, move it to the other side of the community before paving begins. Fresh asphalt must remain clear of parked vehicles for a minimum of 24 hours. Driving over it is fine if no cones are present, but parking on it before it fully cures can leave marks and cause surface damage.
Anyone scheduled to come to your home during the paving week — housekeepers, landscapers, pool service, construction crews — should reschedule that week or plan to park outside the community and walk in. We recommend canceling or postponing all non-essential service visits for the entire week. The less non-resident traffic the better.
Non-resident delivery traffic should be kept at the gate during active paving. Consider meeting your delivery person at the entrance gate, or stocking up before the paving week to reduce delivery volume. Light passenger vehicles can drive over fresh asphalt — it is heavy vehicles like box trucks and appliance deliveries that are a real concern.
Moving trucks, appliance delivery trucks, box vans, and similar heavy vehicles should not drive on freshly paved roads for 5 business days after paving. If you have a major delivery or move scheduled, please reschedule it outside the paving week.
Do not cancel your trash service. RDC's crew will move trash cans as needed during milling. On the second paving day, trash pickup can proceed on the unpaved side of the street. RDC will coordinate around the trash truck.
Milling will destroy the gate sensor loop. The gate will remain in the open position from the milling start through the loop repair the following week. This is expected and planned for. The community remains accessible throughout the project.
Fresh asphalt may leave marks on driveways when vehicles drive over transitions. RDC is not responsible for cleaning up any prime coat or tack coat tracked onto driveways by personal vehicles during paving operations. Incidental tire marks from traffic are expected and normal and will need to be cleaned up at each resident's own expense.
